COMPLETER’S SURVEY

ATTENTION: ALL GRADUATING
COLLEGE OF EDUCATION TEACHER CANDIDATES

Pursuant to the instructions provided today at the College of Education final seminar, you will need to complete the “completer’s survey” available at: https://college.livetext.com/misk5/formz/public/38428/HQk3mEs7cY

The purpose of this survey is to assess how well you feel at the beginning of your educational career and to identify any weaknesses in our programs. Your input is critical. Please complete the survey by January 15, 2010.

Steps:
(1)  Follow the link:

(2)  Type into the appropriate fields your first, middle, and last name
(3)  Answer each question carefully
(4)  Click “submit”

NOTE: The applications for certification will be processed in date order of receipt contingent upon completion of the computer’s survey.
