Attn: FALL 2008 Internship II Participants

I hope Internship is going well for you this semester. There are several cooperating teachers from whom we have not received the Data Form and Honorarium Request Form. Below you will see a link to a list that is organized by your Cooperating School along with your 907 number. If you see your 907 number on this list, will you please ask your cooperating teacher to submit the form? We will not be able to process their stipends at the end of the semester without this form.
