Courtesy Placement Requests for Spring 09 Interns

This is a reminder that ALL requests for courtesy placements for Spring 09 Internship II/Graduate Internship must be submitted to the department chair no later than Wednesday, October 1st.  Along with the courtesy request form, you must also include a formal, detailed letter addressed to your department head explaining the circumstances leading to your request.
