Light the Night Kick-Off

NEWSFLASH:  AASU is Savannah’s largest Light The Night team, with over 120 people participating and raising more than $12,000 last year!  THANK YOU AASU!!  The College of Education’s inaugural team last year raised $3,469 for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
 
WHAT:  The Light The Night Walk is an annual fundraising walk benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  Held on October 3rd in Forsyth Park, the festivities will begin at 5:30 pm with food, entertainment, kid’s activities and a remembrance ceremony.  Walkers will carry illuminated balloons on an easy, two mile route beginning at 7:30 pm.  The event is fun, inspiring and family friendly.

RSVP:  Requested so we’ll have enough food.  Please RSVP no later than Friday, August 22nd to the COE’s Team Captain, Laura Caputo at laura.caputo@armstrong.edu if you plan to attend.
